Maggie has a statement on her webpage that referrals are the sincerest form of flattery. Well, I can do that one better. I am a repeat customer, and my faith literally paid off. She sold our house in Sunnyvale in 2018 during a sharp decline in the market. It sold for significantly less than the almost next door neighbor's house, and its value decreased after the sale as well. I thought she made the best out of a bad situation. When we needed to sell our inherited house, I remembered Maggie's and Cathy's finess, and hired them again. They did not disappoint. The market was tighter (inventory of homes for sale very low) and this house sold As-Is for more than $250,000 over asking price. If I had another house, she would be my go-to choice

Maggie provided fantastic service from start to finish--even in the interview process, she provided insight and metrics to support different sales and marketing approaches. Maggie was one stop shopping for anything a seller (or buyer) needs--contractors, where to find day labor for packing, basically 24/7 support and a team that could step in immediately if Maggie was not available. I cannot say enough good things about the process--ours was extremely complicated with some family dramatics and Maggie took it all in stride. I recommend her highly!
